Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kundan Art Jewels. This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy explains the eligibility conditions, return process, jewellery exchange rules, order cancellation procedure and refund timelines applicable to purchases made through kundanartjewels.com.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
Kundan Art Jewels offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the jewellery or accessory must:
- Be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags, labels and accessories attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of scratches, damage, alteration, perfume, cosmetics, moisture, chemicals or improper handling.
- Include the invoice, order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase.
All returned products will be inspected before a refund, exchange or store credit is approved.
3. How to Request a Return

Please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. For damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect products, we may request an unboxing video to verify the issue.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will provide the return instructions.
Products sent back without receiving prior return approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Charges
For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect product selection or personal preference, the customer will generally be responsible for the return shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product and the claim is approved, Kundan Art Jewels may arrange a reverse pickup where available or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges according to the instructions provided by our support team.
Original shipping charges, convenience fees and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from our side.
If you are arranging the return independently, please use a trackable courier service and securely pack the jewellery. Kundan Art Jewels will not be responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your jewellery order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your claim should include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging.
- A photograph of the shipping label.
- An unboxing video, where available or requested.
- A short description of the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Damage caused after delivery due to improper use, moisture, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, improper storage or normal wear and tear will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
7. Non-Returnable Jewellery and Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom-made, personalised or specially ordered jewellery.
- Products altered or modified at the customer’s request.
- Products that have been worn, used, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags, packaging or accessories.
- Earrings or other pierced jewellery restricted from return for hygiene reasons, unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final-sale products clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, moisture or improper storage.
Sale products may remain eligible for return if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, subject to verification and applicable law.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular jewellery product is returnable.
8. Jewellery Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable 30-day return period.
Jewellery exchanges are subject to:
- Product inspection and approval.
- Stock availability.
- Any applicable price difference.
- Compliance with the return eligibility conditions.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or refund.
The fastest option may be to return the eligible product and place a separate order after the return has been approved.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
You may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has been packed, handed over to the courier or dispatched.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be handled according to the return conditions mentioned in this policy.
Kundan Art Jewels may also cancel an order because of:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Payment failure.
- An incomplete or non-serviceable delivery address.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
10. Refund Process and Timeline
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect its condition, packaging, tags and accessories.
We will notify you by email, phone or WhatsApp whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
After the refund has been initiated, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Kundan Art Jewels is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment gateways or financial service providers after the refund has been successfully initiated.
11. Cash on Delivery Refunds
Refunds for eligible Cash on Delivery orders cannot be issued in cash.
The customer may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details. The refund will be processed to the verified account provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing correct refund information. We will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank account or UPI details.
12. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money is deducted but an order is not successfully created, the amount may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider.
For a duplicate payment or payment that is not reversed within the bank’s expected timeline, contact us with:
- Customer name.
- Payment amount.
- Date and time of payment.
- Transaction ID or UTR reference number.
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation.
After verification, any eligible duplicate or failed payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
13. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued where:
- Only part of an order is returned.
- An accessory, tag or product component is missing.
- The returned product does not meet all return conditions but is accepted at our discretion.
- A discount was applied across multiple products.
- A returned product shows damage or reduced value caused after delivery.
Any applicable deduction will be communicated before the refund is completed.
