These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kundanartjewels.com and purchases made from Kundan Art Jewels, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sagar Ahuja.
Kundan Art Jewels sells artificial, imitation and fashion jewellery. We do not sell precious gold, silver, diamonds or investment-grade jewellery.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to place an order.
A minor may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping and payment information.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, materials, measurements, colours, finishes and descriptions accurately.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
- Measurements and finishes may have minor variations.
- Artificial jewellery plating may change over time depending on usage and care.
- Product packaging may change without prior notice.
Customers should avoid exposing jewellery to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals and moisture unless the product description states otherwise.
Minor colour, measurement or finish variations will not necessarily be treated as defects.
3. Prices and Minimum Order Value
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Product prices, discounts and offers may change without prior notice. The price displayed when the order is placed will apply.
Any applicable minimum order value, taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges or other fees will be displayed on the product page, cart or checkout before payment.
The minimum order value shown on the website must be met before checkout.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance.
We may refuse, hold or cancel an order because of:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Payment failure.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer details.
- A non-serviceable delivery address.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks or financial service providers.
Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery or other options displayed at checkout.
Kundan Art Jewels does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs entered on a payment provider’s secure interface.
An order will be confirmed only after the payment is successfully authorised or the selected payment method is accepted.
For failed or duplicate payments, customers may contact us with the transaction ID or UTR number.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct:
- Name and phone number.
- Complete delivery address.
- PIN code.
- Landmark or delivery instructions, where required.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, packed or dispatched. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims and refunds will be handled according to our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers should inspect the package immediately after delivery and report damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect products within the period stated in our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the timelines stated in that Policy and may require additional bank or payment-provider processing time.
8. Bulk and Resale Orders
Bulk, wholesale or resale orders may be subject to separate pricing, shipping, payment and return conditions communicated before order confirmation.
Purchasing products does not make the buyer an authorised distributor, dealer, franchisee, representative or agent of Kundan Art Jewels.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website:
- For unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
- With stolen or unauthorised payment information.
- To interfere with website security or operation.
- To upload malware or harmful code.
- To impersonate another person or business.
- To copy product data or images without permission.

Our website may use Shopify, payment gateways, courier companies, analytics services and other third-party providers.
These providers operate according to their own terms and policies. Kundan Art Jewels is not responsible for the independent content, systems or practices of third-party services.
Purchases made through our website are transactions between the customer and Kundan Art Jewels. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform but is not the seller of our products.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, courier partners and other service providers where necessary to operate the website, process payments, prevent fraud and fulfil orders.
13. Errors and Availability
The website may occasionally contain pricing, product-description, availability or typographical errors.
We may correct such errors, update information or cancel an affected order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kundan Art Jewels will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays caused by third parties or customer misuse of a product.
Our liability relating to a specific order will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
